Unvaccinated horses:
Give 1st injection of West Nile
Give 2nd injection of West Nile 3 weeks after 1st injection
Booster every 6 months

Vaccinated horses:
When the summer outbreak commences, if injection has not been given in last 4 months, vaccinate.
Booster every 6 months
Any doubt start from the beginning as if an unvaccinated horse
